Estimate vs Actual Voucher Status

What is the difference between an estimate and actual voucher?

When a voucher has an Estimate status, this keeps the voucher from having a check written against it in ACP > Disbursements > Automatic Disbursements.

A voucher with an Actual status is able to be paid by automatic disbursements..
