Error 1920 When Loading the MetaFrame Access Suite Licensing in Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 4.0

Installer information error 1920 service license management console CTX_LMC fail to start. Verify you have sufficient privileges to start system servicesCitrix recommends to to uninstall Java Runtime Update 5.0, and then Java SE v1.4.2_06 will be installed and used. Java SE v1.4.2_06 is furnished on the Citrix install media and will install if it is not already installed.

Edit the registry as follows:
Locate the registry entry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CTXLMC\Parameters
Add the following value to the parameter JVM Library if it does not exist: C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_06\bin\client\jvm.dll
This step assumes Java 1.4.2 is installed in the C drive.
