How To Standardize Delivery Terms

If there are no delivery terms set in Setup Information, then the box will be free text. This can cause a lack of consistency across the company.

To set defined Delivery Terms go to GRN>Setup Information>Delivery Terms

Enter the code and the description, hit ok

This will start a list. Now to add the next one, hit insert.

And you get the same box as before.

When entering a contract you will be required to select one of these options. If you are editing a contract that already has terms on it, but isn’t one of the new options, it will not require you to change it.
