AGRIS Customer Documentation

Error Message: SORT #10054

When running a Metaframe Session of AGRIS You may get the following error when running a process such as an Account Balance Inquiry.

ERROR OCCURRED IN PROGRAM AeData
ERROR NUMBER: SORT #10054 (AeData:clsAeData:AeSortfile)
ERROR MESSAGE: Error in sort procedure
INFORMATION: No additional information available for this error
RECOMMENDATION: Call AGRIS customer Support, 800/366-2474

The error is caused by AGRIS V9 not knowing it's Working Directory on Metaframe servers, this does not happen for Local Clients or Terminal Server connections.
 

To resolve you will need to know which method you are using to run AGRIS.

Run from a Metaframe Desktop Session:

  • Right click the AGRIS shortcut and click on Properties

  • Enter the agris sysmenu path in the Start In: location

Run from a Published Application:

  • Have the Citrix Administrator go into Citrix Management Console

  • Go to Applications

  • Right click on the Published Application for AGRIS

  • Click on Properties

  • Highlight Application Location and enter the Working Directory

Run from a Custom ICA Connection that takes you directly into AGRIS:

  • Go into Citrix Program Neighborhood

  • Go to Custom ICA Connections

  • Right click the connection and click Properties

  • Click on the Application tab

  • Enter the Working Directory
