Basic 2147211500 Error

This error is typically associated with CDMS (Chemsearch or Label Search Premier) not being installed correctly.  Verify that Chemsearch or Label Search Premier launches on both the database server and the client unit that encounters the error.  This can be accomplished by clicking on Start > Programs (or All Programs) > CDMS > Chemsearch or Label Search Premier (depending on the version in use) on both the database server and client worksation.  It is likely that Chemsearch\Label Search Premier will return an error on one of the machines indicating that it is not registered.  

Contact CDMS (800-237-2367) for assistance in properly installing Chemsearch\Label Search Premier .  When properly installed it should no longer return the errors in Chemsearch\Label Search Premier on either the server or client(s).  Once Chemsearch\Label Search Premier functions correctly on the server and client(s), V9 will no longer encounter the basic 2147211500 error.
