Basic 2147024891 (SysSupport:bySysMenu:ValidateInstall)

Access is Denied

 Problem

After upgrading I am getting Basic Error: 2147024891 Access is Denied on one of my Terminal/Citrix Servers

 Solution

This error typically occurs because some of the data has been converted on a different server than the Database Server. Follow the instructions below to correct the error.

  1. Go to the Database server and go to folder C:\Apps\AGRIS

  2. Within that directory find the file called validation.xml

  3. Copy validation.xml from the DB server and paste onto the server having the issue.

  4. Launch Agris and that should have corrected the issue.

  5. If replacing the file did not correct the issue, reboot the server.

  6. Call Agris Support if still having issues after replacing the file and rebooting the server.
