Unable to open table: U37_Widget Basic#2147217865

 Problem

After upgrading AGIRS I try to run a report, but get the following error.

 Solution

  1. Have all users logout of Agris

  2. Get on the Database server and open up services

  3. Find the Actian/PSQL service (This is usually the first service) and stop it. (This will end any active connection to the database)

  4. Open file explorer and browse out to (C:\Apps\AGRIS) and go into the DDF’s folder

  5. Copy the DDF files into the numbered dataset having the issue.

  6. Start back the Actian/PSQL service and login to AGRIS

  7. Rerun the report that was causing the error and the issue should be resolved.

 

This will require all users to be out of Agris and have the ability to connect to the Database server
