Basic 53: File Not Found: w3btrv7.dll

 Problem

I just installed Agris on a new machine and am coming across this error: File not found W3btrv.dll when launching Agris.

 Solution

This error indicates that Zen/PSQL is NOT installed, or if in a MSSQL environment, missing database type=SQL within the Agris.ini file

1. Check to ensure the Actian PSQL/Zen is installed on the machine

   1. Search Add/remove programs within windows search bar

2. If it is not installed, go to the Agrisdist folder on the server, get the needed files, and install Zen/PSQL

3. If in a MSSQL environment, open the Agris.ini file typically located within C:\Apps\AGRIS

4. Scroll to the bottom and enter Database Type=SQL

5. Launch Agris again and should no longer get the error.
