AGRIS Sales - Unable to print the PDF. Please go to AGRIS Sales Review or contact your administrator to retry.

 Problem

As your sales team completes a sales transaction in Sales the following error occurs.

 

 Solution

Troubleshooting this issue is in three parts and will need to be addressed when or if speaking with the AGRIS Support team

  1. Does the document save correctly in Sales Review?

    1. Yes Continue to 2

    2. No - Contact your support team

  2. Does the document also save a copy to AttachToo correctly?

    1. Yes - Continue

    2. No - Check the AttachToo Document settings for the Form being printed.

  3. If both #1 and #2 are working correctly then the issue may be the size of the PDF that is attached

    1. Observe and record the size of the PDF file stored in AttachToo

    2. Contact Support to escalate

      1. If larger than 1.2MB PDF was attached Greenstone will ensure the size limitation is increased.

      2. If smaller than 1.2MB for the PDF size further investigation is needed.
