"THIS DISCOUNT GRADE FACTOR WAS NOT FOUND" when applying a ticket.

The problem is that the grade factor that you entered on the ticket was not set up for the discount table that you are using. You will need to go edit the discount table & set up all possible grade ranges.  This is a common problem where there is no discount set up for grades that receive no discount.  You must enter a zero discount range.

For Example:

If your moisture table starts at 15.1, like below. Then you should put in a range of 0.1-15.0 at a zero rate. This will stop the warning from coming up.

If the rate not found is a high rate, your table is not extended far enough and will need to have the discounts added to it.
